What a tour!! We talk about this tour for years! We learned so much about the Folklore in Iceland and loved our guide. This is probably not a typical tour for most but please add it to your list! We had a blast!

Bo was a great tour guide!!! He gave us so much history about Iceland along the way to our many sweet tooth stops!! He made our experience wonderful!

I'm assuming who your guide is depends on the quality of information. We wanted to love it, but felt like much of the folklore was touched upon, no detail and not much variety.

Great to work with and wonderful guide!

Kevin was great to work with when setting up the adapted private tour for our group of 17. We were able to combine the Folklore and Food Tours for a lovely afternoon getting to know Reykjavik. Oli was a great tour guide, incredibly knowledgable and delightful to talk to. We really enjoyed getting to know him and hearing about a variety of experiences and his folklore knowledge.

We did the Cats of Reykjavík walking tour. It was fantastic! Bardi was knowledgeable about where the cats hang out and also provided history and information on Iceland and Reykjavík. The goodies at the Cat Cafe were great! Better tour than I expected!

Quirky & fun!

We had an amazing time touring the city, spending time with cats and hearing many historical and mythological tales from our well-versed tour guide.

Walked around visiting various establishments trying different dishes like lamb stew, pickled herring and fish soup.

A fantastic tour to do when first arrive. You get some fabulous local knowledge and can get your bearings. Paul the Icelandic fisherman was a lovely guy with great stories to tell. We tried some great food in various places.

A Great Tour!

This is an excellent tour! Our guide, Stefan, walked us around the city for 2 hours and gave us a really great view into the history of the city and the culture of the Icelandic people. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and even got to enjoy a special treat at the end of the tour. Highly recommend this company and this tour to anyone looking for a good introduction; plus Stefan gave great recommendations about how to spend the rest of our time in the city.

Such a great experience! Our guide Einar was personable, super knowledgable, and even sang a birthday song for my mother. We were a multi-generational group with some semi-picky eaters and there was still something for everyone. Highly recommend and if we're back in Iceland again, I will definitely do another one of their tours.

Pall is wonderful and such a gem! It was a treat to have him as our guide we truly had some good laughs, learned some fun history and got some good tips on food. Definitely recommend checking this out if you have downtime.
