Cool Localguide with a Lot of knowledge where i loved to just chill and listen to him. also a cool look into the night culture and then ability to see some bars from inside which you wont visit alone lovely!

Interesting tour

Didn’t know what to expect on this. Was great. Learnt lots about the folklore including trolls, ghosts and elves. Walked around some gorgeous places, even the graveyard was beautiful! Accompanied in the end by a gorgeous cat from the neighbourhood.

We used this service twice, there and back. It gave us the opportunity to see more, and learn more with experienced drivers and their knowledge.

Its was nice, we had 9 beers. We were told the history of Iceland.We went to a nice bars, he told us which clubs we could hit.

Caught with cancelled flight and no refund on walking tour

We were caught in the Delta crowdstrike mess. I cancelled as soon as I realized we would be stuck in our connection city and would not arrive in time for the tour. It was less than 24 hours and we were denied our request for our money back. Not sure who decided that…TripAdvisor or the tour guide. But totally not our fault and I informed TripAdvisor as soon as I could. Very disappointing

We enjoyed our tour with Einar and learning about hidden people, trolls, and how to conjure ghosts. It was a wonderful way to wrap up our first day in Reykjavik, especially with our 9 yr old.

Relaxed pace and enjoyed the commentary from Paul. Learned lots of interesting facts and a good introduction to Reykjavík. Liked the food tasting stop and photos sent to us.

We really enjoyed the cat tour of Reykjavik. Bardi is very knowledgeable about the sites of the city, Iceland, and the local cat population. It was a great way to get a101 on this awesome town.

I did the Reykjavík Cat Walk tour and it was a fantastic way to see the city on foot. It’s a small group tour, only up to 6 people so no rushing after the guide or getting lost in crowds. Our tour was lead by Bardi and he was a brilliant guide, enthusiastic and genuine. We learnt the stories of the Reykjavík cat celebrities, with some Icelandic history/folklore mixed in. We saw several of the local cats going about their day (not all the cats were present, they live by their own schedule of course). The tour is topped off with a visit to a cat cafe for hot chocolate/coffee and cake, and a chance to sit and chat about the cats with your tour group. Would recommend if you would like a walking tour that takes a different perspective on life or just really like cats!

Great Tour. Great Guide.

Einor was a true Viking storyteller, giving us colorful tales of the history, culture and people of Reykjavik. The two hour walk at 10AM on the morning of our 6AM arrival was the perfect way to start our Iceland adventure. Reykjavik is an easily walkable town but we would have missed a lot if we hadn’t taken this introductory tour. And Einor followed up with sending photos of all the places we stopped as well as books and music he referenced. Great tour. Great guide,
