Great for kitty lovers!

Absolutely LOVED walking around with Eva in Reykjavik. We learned about the history of the town and got to pet the local kitties! She was very knowledgable and made sure we felt like we were right at home. The kitties, of course, could ALL be located, but that is cat logic for ya! If you love kitties, this is a good tour to book.

Excellent short overview of Reykjavik

This is a good way to get a quick overview of the the city with historical context provided by local guide. Visited all of the important sites, and wandered through a few neighborhoods off the beaten path.

Incredible Tour of City

We greatly enjoyed our walking tour with our guide, Bjarni r. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of providing details on not only history, but also food and life in Iceland. Our original tour guide had an accident that day and Bjarni r fit our tour into his schedule. We enjoyed every minute of it and left feeling like we truly did have a friend in Reykjavik.

The tour was good but was hoping for a lot more stories. We seemed to have run out of things to talk about by 6:30 and had another hour. The tour guide was very nice.

Nice Overview but a little long

This was a great way to orient ourselves upon arrival. Our guide was pleasant and personable. We did feel the tour was a bit too long and wished there was less history and more discussion of current culture. The guide talked A LOT.

Good overview, but our experience was only OK

Guide was informative, and the route gave us a good overview of Reykjavík. Would have loved for the guide to be a bit more engaging and energetic, as things began to drag by about halfway, in our experience. Definitely suggest for the company to forgo requesting to take group photos at each location, unless the entire group is associated with each other. Looks like most other reviewers had a great experience with this company, so maybe we just had an off day… but having taken walking tours at several other places around Iceland, this definitely was our least favorite unfortunately.
