We hired a private car and driver/guide for a day in Reykjavik. Your Friend in Reykjavik was super helpful.. We ended up adding 2 passengers the day before and the company was super accommodating Our guide, Oli, was wonderful... He tailored the tour to our interests including dropping some of us off at a different location at the end of the tour. Would highly recommend Your Friend in Reykjavik and will use them in the future.

Definitely a tour for the cat obsessed rather than the casual cat lover. Very enthusiastic guide, and we got to meet 10+ cats total!

Our guide, Anna, was so interesting to talk to and we enjoyed our time with her! Engaging with an Iceland native added so much to the experience! The food was a great sampler of traditional Iceland dishes and we saw the city center along the way.

GREAT Reykjavik Cat Walking Tour on July 18, 2025!! A MUST DO TOUR FOR CAT LOVERS. Our Tour Guide, Bardi was the BEST, a true cat lover and knowledgeable about Reykjavik. We were a small group, 6. which made the tour more personal and most of us were cat lovers. Thanks again for a GREAT Reykjavik cat walking tour; we really enjoyed meeting the local Reykjavik cats including the tour guide's!!
