It gets expensive when you go with several people but they allow your own ice chest which its great. I would definitely go back

Not bad. But it's definitely pretty expensive for a family now. Seems like they got less animals now, but the exhibits are better quality, just less of them now. Ticket prices don't seem to keep people away, it was pretty packed last time we went.

(Translated by Google) Excellent! Most areas are air-conditioned, there's a snack area, free drinking fountains, and you can bring your own food and drinks; just be sure to put your trash in the bins. Don't forget to dress comfortably and wear sunscreen. (Original) Excelente, áreas la mayoría climatizada, área de snack, bebederos gratis, dejan entrar con comida y bebidas solo tienen que depositar la basura en los contenedores. Solo no olviden ir cómodos y con bloqueador solar.

$122.4 for 3 people to visit the zoo. Am I crazy for thinking this is expensive. To be fair, I drove in from out of town and only had an hour and a half to look around... Interesting change since I was there last, ticket purchases are fully electronic via QR code, no one to buy physical tickets from in the booth. Some animals are difficult to see because they hide. Shade is pretty good,.but it can get hot. Bring water and snacks if you can. A lot of ground to cover, good idea to have a wagon or similar for little ones. There was some construction in the rhino area, didn't get to see them, if you want to feed giraffes, be aware, it's only available at certain times of the day. Lots of other great things near by, RICE, museums, park, ect...

Great place to visit with a 2 and 6 year old. Lots of animals, a train ride and food. Pack lots of water and fruits to munch on and you're set. Come early plan to be there before 8:30 am, parking can be a hassle!

I've been going to this zoo since I was little. A lot a changed for the better! Lots of shade, food, animals, and fun experiences! Be sure to arrive early to get a decent parking spot because parking is really the only difficult part of this experience. This has it all and I would 100% recommend going!
