Today my friends and i took a trip to the Houston Zoo. We had a wonderful day enjoying the beautiful weather and all of the animals and exhibits. By far the best part of our trip was when we got to the Elephant enclosure. Associate Penny was a phenomenal associate to learn from , great energy and created an amazing experience for us to always remember.

I dont know how much this place has changed overtime, but the Houston Zoo is worth visiting at least once. I've frequented plenty with my family over the years, and it always feels the same, which in a way is a good thing, because it always feels like coming back to something familiar, coming back to your childhood. Occasionally, there are different themed events as well like the Zoo Lights or the Dinosaur attractions, which I've yet to experience. For Houston residents, I think it's worth buying annual passes so you can frequent it often, just like visiting the park, because there is so much too offer, it's a lot to cram into one day. With the surrounding attractions like the Hermann Parks, the Japanese Garden & McGovern Gardens, planning a trip to the zoo is also well worth the trip.
