Had the best time, didn't see too many animals, but the ones we did see, we were able to get so close to them like never before. The zoo lights are amazing this time of the year. So many different themes & all very beautiful

This was an absolute SCAM!!! I went to the Zoo lights on 12/13 and was very disappointed with the experience. For two people we spent almost $90 just to enter. It took almost 30 minutes to get close to the parking (which was entirely full and was very poorly organized). The zoo was absolutely packed and wasn’t enjoyable walking shoulder to shoulder with everyone there. Everyone else who was there also looked miserable too. The lights were pretty but wasn’t worth $90 (or the $10 coke). There are also no animals out so don’t expect to see any animals while you’re there.

I went to the zoo for the light show and was very impressive. Not only were the facilities great but everyone of the staff was outstanding. It was great to see families out and enjoying the lights. I would definitely recommend the show.

I am sorry that most reviews on here feels that the Zoo Lights are a great attraction. I did not feel this way. It was not at all what I expected. No animals out. To me there wasn't that many lights, just along walkway, and the music was low. Parking was a struggle. We carried our son after just the first 15 minutes because it wasn't that enticing or attracting his attention any longer. Oh yeah and the smores or hot chocolate had two locations and was packed since that seem like the only thing people were doing.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've been going here for years and it never gets boring. I absolutely love all the animals and especially during the Christmas season you get all the pretty lights. There's a reason people travel from all over the world to visit this awesome place.
