Fun. Really enjoyed experience specially the Galapagos exhibit. It was really hot and also rained... Houston weather... so make sure you keep an eye out for the weather news. The perfect weather (not too hot) will really make a difference in your experience.

Great price to get in. Parking was terrible had to walk a mile to get into the zoo. Several animals had to go in side it was too hot for them

Everytime I go to the zoo, parking is ridiculous. With all the money they make, I don't understand why there has not been a remedy to this over the years. I have been to other zoos in other states and they have their own parking lot. The San Diego Zoo is always packed but they have a huge parking lot for patrons. I have heard of confrontations happening between patrons because of parking at Houston Zoo. Their way to address it is by sending a notice instead of improving it.

So much walking but so much to see, military discount is 50%%%%%% off here make sure you go and see this!! The kids really loved it
