We really enjoyed the zoo; we went as a family. However, parking is a major problem. We went on a Sunday and spent more than an hour driving around trying to find a parking spot. In the end, we had to exchange our tickets and come back, and it was the same problem. I should have parked at the science museum and walked to the zoo. So, if you're going on a day when a lot of people are expected, you need to go early, be very patient, and be prepared to walk a long distance after parking far away. As for the zoo itself, it's very good, and my children enjoyed it, although the gift shop can be expensive.

Loved visiting the Houston Zoo. The Sea Lions when you first walk in were my favorite. The Zoo was easy to navigate with the maps and walking through the zoo was pleasant. Least favorite part was trying to find parking as the zoo shares parking with several buildings and parks in the area.

The Houston Zoo is great and has been redesigned since the last time I visited. The exhibits are crowd-friendly and well laid out, making it easy to enjoy without feeling overwhelmed. The animals are fun to watch, and it’s an excellent place to walk around, take your time, and enjoy the day with family while experiencing the animals up close. Parking is limited so get there early. If not be prepared to wait for a spot or find parked near by which might be a good walking distance from the zoo.

No le di las 5 estrellas pues me parece un poco caro la entrada para un lugar que en su mayoría acoge a niños, no se me hace justo un precio tan exagerado, además q ni voy a mencionar los precios dentro del.citio. Pero de manera general muy recomendable.
