We had a great time at the Houston Zoo. We saw elephants 🐘, zebras, turtles, 🐢 giraffes 🦒, orangutans, and monkeys 🐒. The lions and cheetah 🐆 were napping. We are tired!

It was my first time at the zoo and I had a great experience overall! I will be completely honest about the fact that if you plan to go to the zoo to see the animals in motion go before or after Noon-2pm as most of the animals were napping during that time and/or were hidden from sight.
