Finding a handicap parking space was impossible to many people parking in them that did not need them (and yes we did see this first had as people were getting in and out of the vehicles) then the zoo map was impossible to read not labeled very clearly and way to much construction going on as well

Great experience, they have the Zoo very well maintained. Great infrastructure. The staff is great , the place itself is amazing . It is a must if you have toddlers or kids , or even if you just want to have a good time .

There are no open parking spaces in the morning on a weekday. Had to walk 1/2 mile and cross 3 streets. At these prices, I think the zoo can afford a parking garage.

My husband and I visited the Houston Zoo after a cruise trip. It was such a great idea. So many beautiful spaces for the animals. There are benches everywhere so it's very easy to walk the whole zoo. Prices are comparable to other zoos we have visited. You do have to purchase your tickets online so be aware.

This zoo is amazing! It has so much to do and see. The animals looked very well cared for. The enclosure were much bigger than most zoos! Loved it!
