Great excursion!
Great experience. It was smooth from start to finish. We saw whales and other animals. The ride out and back was smooth. The naturalist was very informative and even helped us spot whales.

Very nice experience. The naturalist was knowledgeable about the animals we saw. The seating is behind windows that gives you shelter from the sun and wind. The boat stops to give you time to watch the whales and will follow them slowly so you have plenty of time to observe. They take pictures of the whales to share with you later. They have a snack bar for a fee, complimentary water, and restrooms.

Excellent fun! Need to include name of boat company in brochure. not sure if right place upon arrival was a big comment from fellow guests. saw many whales!

Kids first trip outside the US
Fast boarding, adequate bathrooms for guests, small food menu, but the food was good.

Very relaxing enjoyable trip. The staff was great and the Clipper is very clean and well taken care off. Seats were comfortable and the views were great. The 3 hours flew by

Very well organized and the boat is super clean. The Naturalist was informative, interesting and funny. They cared about the animals and our safety. We saw Graphite and Indy and a huge turtle and seal. We saw the Narrows bridge and Mount Ranier in the distance. But to tell the truth I loved the wind in my hair and the sun on my face on the smoothest boat ride I ever had.

Friendly staff and good whale watching. No orcas, though. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t able to modify my reservation to reflect 3 military discount adults and 1 child, instead paying full adult price for all. So, I guess read the fine print…

It felt like an expensive "hopeful" outing. Not sure there are whales out there. We only saw a small orca. Not only did we pay alot for the "adventure " but we spent almost $100 on board. It was hard to hear the lady telling stories and educating on the mammals. I felt like I wasted 4.5 hours of my day.

I realize you always take your chances going on a whale watching cruise, but I was disappointed we spent so much time out there and saw only one whale shallow diving back and forth, and no other wildlife to speak of. The crew tried their best but the whales didn’t deliver. Other less expensive whale watching trips I’ve taken reaped more rewards like a mother and her calf and more tail action. That said, I appreciated knowing the life story of that whale though and will always remember Indie! The boat was comfortable though chilly outside and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of toilet paper. I just felt like we were unlucky and didn’t totally get our money’s worth.

I signed up on a whim not really knowing what this tour would be like. I went alone. The boat was so nice! The crew entertains you along the way. They also teach you things. It was a fabulous experience. Well worth the money. We saw whales. Waterway was beautiful as well. Book and go!

Went on the clipper for a 1 day trip to Victoria. It was a great was to spend 6 hours in the city. It gives you plenty of time to do a bunch of things. The staff on the clipper were all friendly and helpful! I would use them again if I plan on going to Victoria again.

A great whale watching experience.
We had an awesome day whale watching. We saw orcas & it was a beautiful day out on the water. The crew were great, the boat is very nice and I love that they sent us photos that the guide took with his big fancy camera. I’m also very happy that we can now take the tour from Seattle and not have to drive up Anacortes! My only - comment is that it’s a bit expensive and I had to pay an adult fare for a 16yr old. When I called to book I was told the adult fare starts at age 11 !

Lovely day on the water! We saw a pod of Orcas up North near Port Townsend. We initially were circling near Seattle as there had been reports, but they got a report of Orcas north so we set off at a great speed! We were initially upstairs but when we set off we moved downstairs and it was a lot warmer and more comfortable. very good selection of drinks and food. Very friendly staff. Very happy we saw the Orcas!
