Great way to travel!
Booking online was easy, and the trip was comfortable. Ok food options on board. Staff is friendly. We took a roundtrip from Seattle to Victoria to spend a few days on Vancouver island. We were in economy, so didn't necessarily have the best views, but were able to go outside on the top deck to watch the Puget Sound sail by. My kids loved it too. We booked the area of economy with the tables, and the legroom was a little tight, but we got to sit together as a family, play cards, and eat.

This company left out critical information for departure times and arrival times. We almost missed the boat literally by 5 minutes!

To allow more time in Victoria, the boat should leave earlier in the morning since it takes almost 3 hours to get to the destination.

No service from Trip Advisor after their mistake that ruins our trip
The ferry reservation mentionned 7pm However arriving at 5:45 we discovered the ferry has left as official schedule was 5 PM We had to book an hôtel and rebook the ferry We received a request to give an advise on the trip but NO FEEDBACK on our complain at this stage and no possibility to contact Another réservation planned for today we wanted to modify. No possibility on Trip Advisor!!! Will never reuse Trip Advisor in the future as No Service

Right on time. Excellent crew including pilot! Convenient to down town. Easy rider transportation once on land. Staff person Hank was especially gracious. Hank assisted my husband who has mobility issues. Thank you Hank.

Good Service
Efficient, good service. We were able to visit Victoria from Seattle on a ferry ride that took about 3 hours. We were able to include various sightseeing activities (food tour, Butchart Gardens) with our ferry ticket which was convenient, since it was our first time visiting Victoria.

Convenient way to get out of the city.
Had a good time out on the boat with this crew. Knowledgable about thge area and the geography. We enjoyed the fact that it wasn't too crowded. Great way to get out on the water if you want to get away from the city.

Great City
Easy to navigate. Beautiful city. However, we weren’t able to get the full experience of being on the deck due to weather. No one’s fault. Also some activities aren’t available during the week as they are on weekends. Maybe go on a weekend.

A great transportation venue to both Victoria and Seattle for locals and tourists
I would recommend FRS Clipper for easy travel between Victoria BC Canada and Seattle Washington. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They offer a variety of meal selection and snack for both dinner and Breakfast. I really liked the blueberry oatmeal for my return trip to Victoria. We even had a wonderful sighting of J pod our Resident killer whales on our return trip to Victoria.

It was a nice experience....
It was a nice experience. Only thing was that viator did not send the information on time so had to wait for my boarding passes. They also assigned my seat to someone else so I had to upgrade. Also doesn't mention anything about departure times from Victoria so make sure you look on frs clipper website.

Wonderful Day Out
We booked this well in advance from the UK via the website. We had read some reviews that were not so good about boats not sailing due to weather problems and staff being unsympathetic to the loss of the fare. We found none of this it was Great! The process of boarding, border control etc was all fine. Staff courteous and professional. The Clipper V Boat was clean, tidy and comfortable. The booking conditions are clear, its non refundable if boat cannot go out in bad weather, that's the chance you take booking in advance. Its a 3 hour trip and the scenery is tremendous. Not cheap but a really good day out; a great opportunity to sample a bit of Canada.

Right price for the experience
The tour was very affordable price for what you got. The ship to take you to Victoria is clean and efficient. They also gave recommendations on things to do in Victoria overall it was a great trip for the price!

Disappointed 😞
Ticket agent told me my "Star" ID was the same as an Enhanced ID, so when we arrived to get on boat, we were not allowed to board. Make sure your agents understand the different states ID's. Ruined our whole trip.

Great tour!
A fantastic excursion! I highly recommend the premium seating when booking, the seats are nicer. A nice snack bar onboard. A great experience. Would do again the next time I visit Seattle in the summer.
