Walking folklore tour
It was very cold. But the tour guide choose not to walk, which did not give us the sites to go with the stories, Yes we had an older woman in a wheelchair but I felt the tour would have been much better if he showed us the sites by walking instead of standing in the square., freezing due to weather . So tour was not as stated walking!!!!

I love food tours everywhere I go. Here we had the pleasure to have Ester E as our guide. She was very nice and told us many things about local culture and food 🙂 We were 4 adults and one 6 yo boy and he fell in love with hot dog (we went there again next day and he ate 4 hot dogs!!) Big thanks to Ester for creating great memories for us

An worthwhile walk to learn about Reykjavik.
This walk was a great way to learn about the city and to get the lay of the land. I enjoyed hearing about the history of Reykjavik and learning about some of the folklore and the people of Iceland. This is a great way to start your trip!

Absolutely great time! Our tour guide was fantastic, telling us different stories of the Yule Lads and Cat. Sampling the different Icelandic foods was a blast. This is a great tour to do around Christmas

In addition to telling us all about the foods we were sampling, Paul did a great job of sharing local history of iconic locations as we walked from place to place. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the walking food tour of Reykjavík, and I highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys trying different foods.

This was a wonderful walking tour in downtown Reykjavik. The tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. The shopping stops and the hot cocoa stop were nice touches.

Our Guide, Ester E., was quite lovely & hospitable. We enjoyed the tour, info & stories. Went to restaurants that I never would have found. Definitely appreciated the small group as well as I'm hearing impaired. Just wish I could remember the farewell wishes Ester said about the vegvísir!

We had a wonderful tour filled with great stories of Icelandic history, Viking sagas, and beautiful sights. The tale of the Yule Lads was out favorite. The tour was a delight, not too long, and was easily walkable.

We'd just landed and this tour was perfect. Perfectly timed and perfectly led by guide Paul. Was really interesting was of seeing Reykjavik and learning about Iceland.
