Cats and City Sightseeing what’s not to love?
A whimsical walking tour weaving local history, city sightseeing and the famous cats of Reykjavik. It was a great first day introduction to the city and get familiar with the downtown area. The guide was informative and entertaining and passionate about what he does!

Fun and informative!
Matthias was our guide for the evening tour, and what a fun experience this was! Not only did we get lots of spooky and whimsical stories, but we got tons of Icelandic history as well. My husband and I spent the rest of our trip pointing out "elf rocks" and "trolls" to one another. This tour was so much fun and truly a highlight for us. Thank you!

Incredible food, great...
Incredible food, great history lessons, and an education on the city and country with a personal touch. We did this hours after stepping off the plane and it gave us a great bearing on the neighborhood.

Great start to our visit to Iceland.
April 2025 - We had time between landing at Keflavik and flying to Egilsstadir. We chose this trip to maximise Reykjavik time. It was a great start to our time in Iceland.

It was VERY cold and at first, when our guide said the tour would be 1.5-2 hours, I thought, “we will never last that long,” but the time went by quickly with the stories and exploration of a cemetery, a stop by a church, etc. I’m very glad we decided to do it!

Our guide Bo was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Iceland, not just food. I hit him with all kinds of questions: culture history (including Irish influences on Icelandic cultures), economic industry, hunting… it was so fun and interesting. The food was great!
