We had a FANTASTIC 6-hour tour with Rachel (tour guide) and Jimmy (driver)! I thought that six hours may be long, but the time flew by. We learned so much, saw so much, and enjoyed every moment of it. Perfect experience, no complaints whatsoever. Rachel and Jimmy are the absolute best, best city tour we have ever been on! Take. This. Tour!

We had a great guide today, Gil. He was so good at quieting the people who were talking while he was talking. There are always people who aren't back at the agreed upon time. He was great about keeping everyone together and herding the strays back onto the bus. He didn't mess around and corrected those who were being disrespectful of the group. I appreciated his style!

Rachel our tour guide was very knowledgeable and Jimmy our driver did an excellent job getting us to all our stops even with the heavy NY traffic. Rachel gave us great tips only a New Yorker could. I recommend you schedule this tour at the start of your trip to get a good sense of how to navigate your way through this exciting city.

Had the most incredible time seeing NYC with Rachel and Juan, they made the day perfect. We learned and saw so much and would gladly join them again for another day. Was an awesome experience for our out of state family as well as being a local NYer who hasn’t seen these sights before. Thanks to Rachel and Juan for the lovely time, wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without them in charge and keeping us together and on time!

Kevin (Mark? :P ) and Ender (not Andor...) were great! Had an absolute blast learning about Manhattan and beyond. Super easy tour for someone who, like me, has some minor mobility challenges. Wear walking shoes for sure. Amazing photo ops. Happy to recommend this trip to friends visiting NYC.

My wife and I went on the New York in One Day Guided Sightseeing Tour today, and it was fantastic! We saw so much of the city and learned a great deal along the way. Rachel was our tour guide, and Manuel was our bus driver—both were excellent. The tour was very well organized and incredibly enjoyable. Rachel made us feel genuinely welcome and valued.

My boyfriend and I did the glass-top bus tour (neither of us had ever been to NYC before) and I cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, fun, and memorable. Our driver, Jimmy, was polite, timely, and safe—exactly what you’d hope for navigating NYC traffic. And our guide, Gil, was truly next level. He was funny, personable, and extremely knowledgeable, with the perfect mix of history, humor, and insider tips. He gave clear directions, kept the group together, and made everyone feel included. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about his city, and that’s the kind of energy that makes a tour unforgettable. There wasn’t a single dull moment, and thanks to Gil, we even got some amazing photos along the way. We also found it absolutely worth it to pay a little extra for the glass-top bus. Not only did it give us amazing views, but the smaller group size made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. It felt less like being herded around and more like being shown the city by a knowledgeable friend. The structure of the day matched exactly what was outlined on the website, which I really appreciated. The 45-minute lunch break offered plenty of quick options, and our shorter stops (around 10–15 minutes each) were just right for snapping photos and soaking up the atmosphere. If you’re someone who wants extended time to wander, another tour might be better—but for us, it was absolutely perfect to get a feel for the city in one day. This tour left such a lasting impression, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re visiting NYC, do yourself a favor and book with this company. You won’t regret it!

This was our first time in NYC and our first day - and boy what a great start with an awesome tour guide Nathan! He is so funny and honestly made the tour as a whole lot more memorable and fun, even though we were jet lagged. Would recommend asking for Nathan if you are doing your next tour if you want a standup comedy while learning the history of New York!

We had Rachel as our guide & wow she was amazing! Gave us all the inside New Yorker tips plus shared a lot of the rich history about New York. We had Manuel as a driver & he got us everywhere safely and timely. Me & my teen son had a great time. If you want to see all the tourist spots in one trip, this tour is for you!
