This was the best way to learn everything about New York in just one day. We had a total blast with our amazing tour guide, Rachel, and her driver, Arles. Rachel did a wonderful job of showing us all the highlights and sharing the background stories. We had lots of opportunities to get out and take photos or do some sightseeing up close. We also really appreciated leaving with valuable tips on the best places to shop and eat. Highly recommended. -André.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so bad it pushed me to share one. We paid $294.68 for two people and were forced to sit in the enclosed section of the bus, while every other person was in an open spot with full views. We had no real visibility and no chance to take decent photos — which completely defeats the purpose of a sightseeing tour. Before the trip even started, I asked the staff if we could be moved to another bus option, and if that wasn’t available, I requested a refund. The response was an immediate “No refund” — even after the manager was contacted. We were left with no choice but to sit through a tour that offered none of the value promised. Inside the bus, it was impossible to take pictures, making the experience even more frustrating. What makes this even worse is that this tour was my main reason for visiting New York. For nearly $300, I expected at least fair treatment and customer service, but instead we received neither. For this price, it was extremely unfair. There are far better and cheaper options in New York City that actually deliver a proper sightseeing experience. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. I cannot recommend this tour to anyone. Updating on 9/26/2025 FYI… Management listened to my issue and i was refunded. Thank you

I took the tour with Rachel and Jimmy and they were great. Rachel was very knowledgeable and energetic. Jimmy was a great driver. I definitely felt like I was able to see all of the highlights of Manhattan.

We had a FANTASTIC 6-hour tour with Rachel (tour guide) and Jimmy (driver)! I thought that six hours may be long, but the time flew by. We learned so much, saw so much, and enjoyed every moment of it. Perfect experience, no complaints whatsoever. Rachel and Jimmy are the absolute best, best city tour we have ever been on! Take. This. Tour!

We had a great guide today, Gil. He was so good at quieting the people who were talking while he was talking. There are always people who aren't back at the agreed upon time. He was great about keeping everyone together and herding the strays back onto the bus. He didn't mess around and corrected those who were being disrespectful of the group. I appreciated his style!

Rachel our tour guide was very knowledgeable and Jimmy our driver did an excellent job getting us to all our stops even with the heavy NY traffic. Rachel gave us great tips only a New Yorker could. I recommend you schedule this tour at the start of your trip to get a good sense of how to navigate your way through this exciting city.
