We had Rachel as our guide & wow she was amazing! Gave us all the inside New Yorker tips plus shared a lot of the rich history about New York. We had Manuel as a driver & he got us everywhere safely and timely. Me & my teen son had a great time. If you want to see all the tourist spots in one trip, this tour is for you!

We did the 6-hour tour of New York with Rachel as our tour guide. What an amazing day and Rachel had so much information of not only the sites we saw but local information for us to get around the city which was so helpful being from Australia. Juan, our driver, was also fantastic getting around the busy streets getting is to places either on time or earlier so we had extra time at our stops. I can highly recommend this tour!! We just had a tour with Rachel/Juan of the New York City in a day. Wow, it was a whirlwind tour. Loved every minute! Rachel has so much knowledge of the history of the buildings as while as fun filled facts of the Burroughs too. She has lots of fun stories as well! Our 15 yr old enjoyed the tour too! This is a great family tour. Thank you for sharing your New York, we do have a different perspective. We even took the Subway, it was easier than we thought! Thanks for teaching us!

Was a very well organized tour. Our tour guy “Gil” was excellent!! What an exhilarating experience! Our guide was incredibly helpful, providing enlightening insights about each stop. Seeing sights like the Statue of Liberty and Central Park was uplifting. Highly professional and worth every moment!

I just returned from the Discover NY tour, and wow, what an experience! The itinerary was so organized—taking us from Rockefeller Center to Wall Street seamlessly. We went on their tour today. Kevin and Eduardo were really great, keeping us entertained and well informed throughout the trip. It was money well spent. We loved each and every minute of the tour. The tour is well planned to give us enough time to eat, have a short break, and move around. The Ferry ride was awesome. We loved Kevin’s way of keeping the headcount to ensure no one was left behind.

Here's what I wish I knew before booking. I've taken over 60 guided tours across the U.S., so I know how group tours work -- schedules, pacing, group etiquette, all of it. I also know the difference between a tour that's well-run and one that's just plain unpleasant. Unfortunately, this one falls in the latter category. The Experience: Our group was rushed from the start. At Central Park, we were told to take quick photos. I'm diabetic and needed a snack to maintain my blood sugar, so I grabbed something from a vendor literally 50 feet away, in clear sight of the group. We weren't boarding the bus -- we were 30 steps into the park when our guide Rachel, using a loudspeaker, publicly scolded me for holding up the group. For the record: I wasn't late. I wasn't out of sight. I wasn't disrespectful -- just trying to manage a medical need. But instead of support or discretion, I was called out in front of everyone. The "Lunch Stop"? Fifteen minutes for Burger King or pizza. That's it. We were walking to the 9/11 Memorial eating hamburgers. Again, no time to enjoy, reflect, or absorb the experience. The Rest of the Tour: Most of it was spent stuck in traffic on a closed-in bus that offered little visibility. On the Staten Island Ferry, I moved slightly to take a photo and was loudly told not to move. At that point, we left the tour -- and I don't regret it. To Be Fair: Rachel did provide a helpful guide and some interesting facts. But even that was undermined by misinformation -- like saying the government spent $4 million to correct the Verrazzano Bridge spelling (it was actually $300,000). There's a big difference between keeping a group on time and making guests feel policed and humiliated for something as simple as getting a snack. My advice? Skip this tour. Book with Big Bus or another open-air option where you can enjoy NYC without the stress or condescension. Overall this felt more like a school field trip run by a power-tripping chaperone than a professional guided tour.

This was the worse experience I have ever had. The tour guide bad mouthed the company, we seen absolutely nothing in 3 stops. The guide put us on the wrong ferry, left us on Staten Island lost. When confronted about his poor performance kick us off the tour and left us stranded. I can't add any photos we didn't see anything.

Rachel on NY daily tour was an amazing guide , so knowledgeable, professional and funny . Certainly one of the best tour guides we have ever encountered. 5 star all the way !!
