Took a tour on St. Patrick’s Day with Rachel & Jimmy, they were awesome! Even with having to reroute our tour due to a parade, we saw tons of things in New York. Rachel was able to tell us the history of so many buildings & places along our trip. This is a tour I would highly recommend to everyone! I’m not a history buff by any means but the history that Rachel gave us will stay with me for a long time. Lots of neat, interesting facts! Thanks so much for all the fun!

Great tour loaded with many experiences, lots of exercise, and very educational! Our tour guide, Rachel, is EXTREMELY good at what she does. She is even nice enough to provide a print out with suggestions for food and experiences for the remainder of your stay. She provides so many interesting stories about the history of NY, artwork, and architecture. Our driver, Jimmy, can maneuver through very hectic situations with ease and a calm demeanor. He is an inspiration with how well he completes his job without stress. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to see a lot of the city in a short period of time!

This is a GREAT way to see New York City, especially if your first time. Rhonda, our guide was very informative about the city and our driver Jimmy did a great job navigating the busy streets of New York. HIGHLY recommend this tour and to select Glass Top bus. This makes it much easier to see the sights.

Jimmy was our night tour guide and WAS AMAZING and very personable and knowledgeable. Made us feel like NYC was much different than what we were expecting to see. I was really looking forward to taking the day trip the next morning because our my first impression from Jimmy. However, Alberto was not as friendly, personable or charismatic and gave the impression of inclusivity to everyone however, made snide remarks about “certain billionaire’s” , The POTUS and anyone that didn’t agree with his said beliefs. He continuously said he keeps politics, religion and sexual orientation off his bus, but he was the one that kept bringing it back up. I personally care less what his political beliefs and opinions are but felt it was disrespectful of him to assume that we were of the same mindset, and think that he should have been more professional towards his passengers.

We took two tours. The night tour with Jimmy was incredible! 10/10. Highly recommend him as a tour guide. The day time tour would have been great if Alberto could have left politics and smart ass political comments out of the tour. Not everybody has the same views or perspectives.

Went on the NYC bus tour for the first time, and Rachel(Guide) was very informative and made the experience awesome. And Anthony(driver) made sure we our travel was safe, best driver! 👌 Highly recommend

Our driver Arliss was great at navigating through the busy streets! Our guide Rachel was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about NYC. She shared a lot of history and fun facts. We visited so many places in one day. It’s a great way to start your trip to NYC to see where you want to explore more. I would highly recommend USA Guided Tours and Rachel and Arliss!

My family and I took the 6 hour guided tour of New York on the first day of our trip. It was a fantastic introduction to the city with so many sights seen and loads of information given. Rachel was a fabulous guide- very knowledgeable and well organised. She always made sure we were in the best spots to take pictures and gave lots of useful tips about getting the best out of our trip.

Kevin and Eduardo did an awesome job getting us around to so many great sites in NYC! It was really fun, and absolutely worth the money. It was our first time in the city and this was the perfect way to check out as much as possible in a day.

Tour with Rachel and Arlas on Tuesday 18th February. 12/10 - a real jam packed day, Rachel gave info throughout the tour and catered for all, navigating 40 people through the bustling streets of new York and then the staten island ferry. Incredibly useful knowledge of the areas to save yourself from being scammed as a tourist. Thank you both - Arlas got us there safely and quickly and even changed the bus for us due to a faulty door (through no fault of his own). Extremely good value for money, too. Easy to access from times square. And the waters throughout the day were a big help!

I highly recommend anyone to book a USA Guided Tour of NY. We are staying in midtown but wanted to get an overview of Manhattan before we venture out ourselves. Rachel our guide was amazing from the moment we got on the bus to the moment we were dropped off. Great way to see the city and pick up really useful information along the way.

Mim and Tony were awesome! Seamless experience- very professional and also very entertaining. Felt very taken care of while also being shown a more detailed, intimate look of New York. Funny, heartfelt, interesting, not much more I could've asked for. It's worth the time and money!

Our family LOVED this experience. It was cold in January and we wanted to hit as many popular sites as possible without freezing and walking all day long. This was the way to do it! Clean bus, great price, friendly group, and tour guides were awesome!
