Our driver Arliss was great at navigating through the busy streets! Our guide Rachel was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about NYC. She shared a lot of history and fun facts. We visited so many places in one day. It’s a great way to start your trip to NYC to see where you want to explore more. I would highly recommend USA Guided Tours and Rachel and Arliss!

My family and I took the 6 hour guided tour of New York on the first day of our trip. It was a fantastic introduction to the city with so many sights seen and loads of information given. Rachel was a fabulous guide- very knowledgeable and well organised. She always made sure we were in the best spots to take pictures and gave lots of useful tips about getting the best out of our trip.

Kevin and Eduardo did an awesome job getting us around to so many great sites in NYC! It was really fun, and absolutely worth the money. It was our first time in the city and this was the perfect way to check out as much as possible in a day.

Tour with Rachel and Arlas on Tuesday 18th February. 12/10 - a real jam packed day, Rachel gave info throughout the tour and catered for all, navigating 40 people through the bustling streets of new York and then the staten island ferry. Incredibly useful knowledge of the areas to save yourself from being scammed as a tourist. Thank you both - Arlas got us there safely and quickly and even changed the bus for us due to a faulty door (through no fault of his own). Extremely good value for money, too. Easy to access from times square. And the waters throughout the day were a big help!

I highly recommend anyone to book a USA Guided Tour of NY. We are staying in midtown but wanted to get an overview of Manhattan before we venture out ourselves. Mim and Tony were awesome! Seamless experience- very professional and also very entertaining. Felt very taken care of while also being shown a more detailed, intimate look of New York. Funny, heartfelt, interesting, not much more I could've asked for. It's worth the time and money!

Our family LOVED this experience. It was cold in January and we wanted to hit as many popular sites as possible without freezing and walking all day long. This was the way to do it! Clean bus, great price, friendly group, and tour guides were awesome!

My son and I traveled to NY for my birthday in early December. It was very cold, but the glass ceiling van that we had was nice and toasty. Our guide,Lyonel, was very informative-he knew quite a bit about the history of the city and some of the movies that referenced certain areas. The tour was most definitely worth the money and time!

Excellent tour to hit the highlights if you only have a short amount of time to do so! Our tour guide was amazing, very informative and helpful. We hit all the sites we were hoping to and got off the bus quite often to get a closer look and/or walk through some areas. Learned a lot, got the lay of the land and if were able to come back would feel comfortable navigating the city like a local would.

I had the best time with Rachel and Tony - got to see everything even though the weather was bad and it snowed Rachel was fantastic and Tony did a brilliant job driving us around NYC like a pro. Very informative tour highly recommend!

Racist overtures? The tour was well thought out and covered a lot of spots in short amount of time. However, I did not really like something that the guide said. He said USA is the only country where you can be anything you want to be, unlike other countries where cast system keeps you in same place as your previous generation and will keep your children in same place as you. I find these comments deeply bothersome. Tourists visit NYC from all over the world and similar situation where your socio economic standing is decided by that of your parents and grandparents and your children will inherit yours exist in many places. He really did not have to specifically mention cast which is very India specific problem. Guess I will chalk this off as what an average American thinks about life outside US. Perhaps because the guide was kinda old (almost 70 😒) and is not very familiar with world view of younger generation. Also found many of his cultural references and mentions bit dated
