Rachel was our tour guide for New York City and she was absolutely fantastic! We learned so much information in such a short time. Super helpful tips on how to protect yourself and get a good deal. The history lesson was fantastic! Strongly recommend taking the tour and Rachel was fantastic

Highly recommend this tour. Kevin and Eduardo were great and kept us entertained the whole tour. There were more off the bus stops than I expected and that was a big plus for us. Kevin was very knowledgeable and we loved all his stories and his humor.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to New York’s rich history and stunning Art Deco architecture. Her passion for the city truly shines through in the way she shares its stories—you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Not only was Rachel informative, but she was also super helpful. She provided us with great insider tips and even gave us a handy sheet full of curated links to amazing restaurants, hidden gems, and things to do around the city. It was like having a local friend guiding us through New York! If you're looking for a tour that’s both educational and enjoyable, Rachel is the guide you want. Highly recommend!

USA Guided Tours turned our short visit into a highlight reel for my grandmother’s 80th. The clear glass top let her gaze straight up at the skyline while Brooklyn Jim kept us laughing and learning with real New Yorker charm. Manuel steered through traffic like it was nothing, so we never felt rushed or jolted. Great photos, great stories, zero stress. Easy five stars.

First time in New York and wanted to see the city during my stay. USA Guided Tours was a great choice and our tour guide Rachel was amazing! She was engaging and very knowledgeable about the city. She provided very useful tips and suggestions for our visit. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend booking a tour! The bus was comfortable and our driver was also fantastic!

Charles (guide) & Carlos (driver) are the best! Six hour tour that just flew by. Informative and fun filled facts of NYC. Bus tour was broken up with plenty of walking thru major attractions. Charles was enthusiastic and comical the entire day. He kept our small group engaged, while also allowing time away from the tour for personal ventures. Carlos was great at navigating the streets of Manhattan especially during rush hour. Well worth spending a part of your next trip to NYC!
