Irvin gave our family of four a private Segway+bike tour. He is safety first all the way, preannouncing watch out for the odd bumps and sudden corners that’s coming up. Appreciated this. In meantime, he not only kept interest and laugh factors of the group alive, but also attempted to individual needs several times along the way. After tour, we got recommendation for food options and already liked the first one we happened to try. A great local and tour professional indeed.

Booked online via Groupon where they're listed under Must See Central Park. There was a short line when I arrived but they were quite quick in getting the line moving. The rental included a helmet and heavy duty chain lock. The bike itself was better than expected: a 14-speed Specialized hybrid bike perfect for Central Park's hills. The 2 hour rental was more than enough time for a lap of central park and some city riding. I'd definitely try the two bridges route next time.

The tour was lovely. Alicia was very positive and made sure everyone was safe. Before the tour, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to adjust the bikes for each person. After the lovely tour, we also got some great recommendations for döner!

80$ tandem bike, had a flat tire after 15 min. Had to leave my wife on the Brooklyn Bridge and do the walk of shame back to the shop. Worst experience in NYC
