Our guide Joe was great. We had a LARGE group size but he was able to move us through 25+ attractions with 7-10 minutes to explore at the big sites while offering some tidbits and quick stops along the way. Even took pictures of our various groups. The customer service staff at check-in wasn't very friendly. Made me feel dumb for asking a question about sign-in. And didn't provide any info just expected we'd follow the people who had gone before us. Wouldn't hurt to smile or at least not act like you hate your job. SUGGESTIONS: Parking at the Wharf is super pricey (we paid $40). You can park for half that only a few blocks away. Overall though bikes and e-bikes are the way to go. (Family of 5 from Colorado with older teens who got 2 ebikes and 3 bikes)
