I did not use them but the tour group was all in a line and the tour guide was also on a Segway and he wasn't in line and almost rolled over my kindergartener. He did not apologize. He assumed I was moving out of the way on the sidewalk. How do you hire people that have no sense?? All the tourists seemed to know what side of the sidewalk to be on!

Brilliant tour, guide was very friendly and had good information on various buildings and they didn't seem to mind that I power slid off the bike 3 times. Highly recommend

Really excellent tour. Sunday is a great day to take a bicycle tour as many if the roads are closed. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

What a hoot! It's such a great way to cover ground (avoid the walking) and see more to orient yourself to the area. Vanessa was our guide and she was great. We learned lots from her about old Florence and she made it fun. There were breaks in between and the final complimentary gelato break was the best! Highly recommend doing this tour if you get the chance.

Truly one of the most memorable days of my life! My friend and I booked the Versailles Fat Tire Bike tour last spring in Paris and I can honestly say it is one of my favorite memories of my entire life. Our tour guide Alex? (Welch man with salt and pepper hair) was incredible, knowledgeable and went out of his way to inform, guide and lead us with in-depth knowledge and humor. I cant describe the pure joy and happiness we felt on our day trip with your company!

They charge per hour which is good if you only need a short ride, compared to others that only charge you per day.

Not impressed with the customer service for my cancellation. Dont tell people a manager will call them if she's actually not going to call. No one offered me a reschedule, or restated the 48 hour policy to me when I did call to cancel at 40 hours instead of the required 48--I was aware of the policy and knew the possibility existed i wouldnt see my money but it still would have been nice if the gal i talked to and reiterated it and not made it seem like it was not a big deal to cancel at the 40 hour mark (whats that about anyway? We are renting bikes. Doesnt seem like that big a deal to cancel if you are more than 24 hours out--certainly not worth keeping all of someones money...shady). That said make sure you really want to rent on the day you book because they will keep your money and it aint cheap) Go with the red bike city rentals...they are all over the place and waaaayyy cheaper.

Today I had a tour with Fat Tire Bike tours and it was awesome! The tour-guide was really funny and even though most of us didn't laugh really obviously at his jokes, he kept them coming, which I really appreciated. The bikes themselves were pretty great to and I appreciated that they came with 3 speeds (and a squeaky toy)! As for the actual tour, the information was fun, accurate (probably), and fascinating. Sometimes some really unique stuff would be there and becasue my tour guide had lived here for over ten years now, he didn't even think to mention it to us until someone asked, but he definitely explained them right afterwards. He was very approachable too so if you ever had any questions, you could always ask him. The whole time I was laughing and engaged. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone! (they also went out of their way to help me afterwards with something else which was really nice. I'm being nondescript becasue I don't want ppl taking advantage of it).
