We did the Historic Center tour, we discovered so many amazing spots and good dishes. Our host Jimena was really good and even gave us recommendations for further sports in the city, don’t hesitate to book this tour, it’s really worth it.

The tour with Kiomi was excellent. As an expert with culinary arts and native of Mexico City, she provided us with culturally-relevant information about the food and city during the tour as well as extremely helpful recommendations to enjoy Mexico City. She was great at creating a lively atmosphere and was helpful in providing us options to buy raincoats when it rained. The food during the tour was great. We were able to explore an array of Mexican cuisine that went beyond just “tacos”. We tried mole, agua de limon, carnitas, ceviche, dulces, chapulin, wild boar, Mexican charcuterie, just to name a few things. The quantity of food was great, and the guidance we received was invaluable. We high recommend this tour to others, especially if someone would like to gain a deeper appreciation of Mexican Cuisine.

Had such a great time on the Coyoacán Food Tour! I’ve done several in CDMX and this is firmly my favourite. Coyoacán is a beautiful, vibrant neighbourhood with clearly a lot of amazing food. Our guide Jimena was the best, she made it as special as it was; local to the area, she was informative, super friendly, funny and took us to a lot of delicious food spots (not one bad one!). More so than any other food tour I’ve been on (I’ve been on quite a few!), it genuinely felt like hanging out with a local for a few hours trying out their favourite food places in the area, because that’s exactly what it was. Could not recommend highly enough.

Johnny was an incredible guide! So welcoming, knowledgeable, and he clearly knows everyone in town! We appreciated the variety of information he shared - it wasn’t just food focused but also about the culture and history in Mexico, and how the neighborhoods have evolved over time. While you can find tacos everywhere in CDMX, it’s not so easy to try this many on a single trip. The tour was definitely worth it! Plus Johnny helped us get into a bar we were trying to get reservations at for 3 months, and helped us arrange transportation for a day trip too!

Our tour guide Natalie was absolutely delightful. Friendly, energetic, warm, and had so much information about the city and each venue we visited. Everything we tried was absolutely amazing. Flavorful, beautifully plated, and with a cultural backstory as well. By far my favorite experience from our trip, and we even ended up going back to one of the venues on the food tour the next day for more!

My tour was with Tamara in the historic district. The tour was a delicious variety of food and it included an amazing amount of history and knowledge. I would highly recommend both the tour and Tamara as she is a wonderful story teller!

Natalia was an excellent host. Be prepared for a good amount of waiting around, as there was a lot of time waiting at each restaurant even though they knew we were coming. But the food and drinks (and hosting) were excellent.
