So much fun!

We had a really good time trying the different foods and learning about Mexican history. I would definitely recommend it! Our guide Tania was lovely and she even had a surprise for us at one of the restaurants (as we told her in the beginning of the tour it's our honeymoon).

Kiomi, food tour guide, was excellent. I enjoyed visiting the different areas and sampling the varieties of food. Come on an empty stomach.

Terrific Tour

Joss did a great job leading our tour. The food tour part of the experience was fun, but the experience was also a great walking tour of the district, as Joss pointed out many important sites as we walked along. We ended up going back to two of the locations on the food tour for a second helping!

Fantastico!

Fantastic food tour around Centro Historico in Mexico City! Our guide Joss was so full of energy and fun and we had so much wonderful food - from fine restaurants to markets to street stalls (the seafood tostadas were Amazing!) - and even tried grasshoppers! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Amazing Tour

Our tour included another family, but they canceled last minute so we had the luxury of getting a private tour without having to pay the private tour fee. Our guide Joss was so kind, helpful, patient, and flexible. In between restaurants, we would stop at historical sites and received an explanation as to why these sites matter, and their impact on Mexican history. So we received more than just a food tour. All of the food was delicious, and it all taught us a lot about the history of Mexico and what was commonly eaten before modern times. I do not recommend this if you are a picky eater, but would recommend it 100% to everyone else.

Delicious and informative!

We had a great tour with Natalia. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food and culture of Mexico City. We very much enjoyed all of the food stops on the tour. We could not have found and sampled all those restaurants on our own. I would describe the range of foods from traditional to modern takes on the traditional. We did end up returning to a few of the establishments later in our trip because they were so good!

This was such a fun experience. Natalie was the guide for my group, and she is so adorable and personable and answered everyone’s questions and comments while giving us a historical overview of the Roma Norte. The food was AMAZING. Without the tour, I don’t think I would have had these dishes. Highly recommend this tour.

One of the best food tour I have ever been on. Camilla (guide) was excellent! The pacing was great, she took her to a great mix of places from local to unique and also accommodated our dietary restrictions. She also gave a bit of history about the Roma neighbourhood! The rest of the group was also very friendly. Overall, highly recommend to other travelers!

Joanna was our guide and she was so wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed the entire experience. We tried so places that otherwise would not have made our list, which was such a great part of the tour. Not only do you learn about food, but you learn about the ingredients, how they define the culture, and also a bit of history throughout the route. A must do!! So much fun and you get a great sense of the city center while learning about the history and eatin A LOT of amazing food! I highly recommend everyone take this tour! My guide, whose name I am going to spell wrong, Kiuko was absolutely amazing!

Our tour was with Camila and couldn't recommend her more. Great conversation and knowledgeable about the area. She did the tour in an unhurried manner and felt it was amazing afternoon out and about. A great way to try some food and beverage you wouldn't normally try.
