I was impressed with the quality and variety of food. Our guide Mariana did an excellent job of explaining the differences between regional cuisines as we tasted food and drinks from various locales. She also took the time to talk about the history of Colonia Roma and show the local landmarks as we walked to the tasting locations. The length of the tour and the amounts of food and drinks were just right for my taste

We had such a great time! Jossie was a fantastic guide and explained all of the dishes and foods that we stopped at. We ate so much good food and she answered all of our questions. My favorite stop was a little ceviche stand. Highly recommend this tour with Jossie!

An excellent day covering the history and food history of Mérida and the Yucatan

Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and her English skills were excellent. In addition this tour has been very carefully curated to have excellent pacing and keep you as protected from the sun and heat as is possible in Mérida. We walked a ton, but had regular food and drink breaks throughout the tour that made no particular part of the tour feel gruelling - in addition generous considerations were made by the tour guide at every stop for people who had allergies, food preferences/dislikes to ensure they weren’t left out of the fun. This didn’t apply to me personally but it’s a sign of an excellent tour guide - they put themselves in your shoes and want you to learn and have fun with everyone else! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again in the future or at other destinations. Even our guide said they’re always adding new spots and keep researching to find out more so that they can change the tours up and keep delivering a top notch product!

First Food Tour, A Gem

We had a great tour with Mariana, discovering different foods and drinks that we would not have tried on our own. All the while we explored the Roma neighborhood and learned about its history. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon in Mexico City!

The tour was disappointing. Very little explanation as we walked from one venue to the next. The description mentioned open art gallery and rooftop bar neither of which were included in the tour. Our guide was nice

Coyoacan with Jimena

A group of 6 of us had a private walking food tour of Coyoacan with Jimena, and it was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood itself is gorgeous, steeped in history and unique culture and, of course, filled with amazing food. Jimena, who was born and raised there, gave us a true insider's perspective as she guided us through the streets, markets and landmarks. She was a fantastic host - friendly, engaging, funny and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anybody, and would be sure to tell them to come hungry, and be ready for a truly memorable and fulfilling experience!
