This is by far one of the best experiences we've had in Mexico City and we are at the end of our trip! Miriam was So knowledgeable, patient with our questions and gave great recommendations. The food was excellent and extremely impressive. If you were to choose between a Michelin star restaurant, and this experience, I would recommend this experience. Everything we tried we had never eaten before in the 6 days we have been here and we love food! So fun!

New flavors and spices!

We went here last weekend on our first trip to Mexico City. My husband and I wanted to experience Mexican food that was more authentic than the Mexican food we enjoy in California. Tania was out guide and she took us to six spots. We got to experience so many great tastes using vegetables and spices that are not commonly used in the states. Not only that we walked about Colonia Roma which is quaint and busy and energetic. Tania seemed to know everyone and her big and lively personality was so enjoyable! I highly recommend this tour and you will not leave hungry! It was Valentines Day and we were not hungry for dinner at all.

Huge shout out to Thelma and Jimena for an amazing tour! We did the Coyoacan tour. The food, area and history was very interesting and tasty! I would 100% recommend taking a tour with them! Great way to spend half a day in Mexico City.

Five Star Dania

Wow. A fantastic five hours spent with Dania. We started early (don't have breakfast before coming!) and were soon enjoying one of the eight stops on the tour. All the food and drinks were excellent giving you an insight to Yucatan cuisine. Dania provided an excellent history of all the tastes of Yucatan and also the social and economic history of the city. The walking in between meals was at a good pace, so you arrived at each stop ready for food and drink. Highly recommended. Ask for Dania.

Delicious and Fun

We really enjoyed our food tour with Jimena and Dalma! The food was excellent and plentiful, Jimena was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the town is charming. Dalma will be a great leader when she is done with training! Overall would definitely recommend! We thought it was excellent value for the price!

Wonderful, don't miss!

This was one of our favorite tours, we highly recommend it. The Roma neighborhood is full of tree lined streets, beautiful buildings and trendy cafes. We sampled foods from different regions and our guide, Johana, taught us about the different ingredients, the preparation, and the chefs. We tried places we wouldn't otherwise have discovered. We also tried green mole! Yum. Our whole family enjoyed this tour, don't hesitate to book it.

This review is for the "Roots and flavors" tour in Merida but I couldn't find a listing for that city. Did this tour with the most fabulous guide, Dania, who gave us the experience of delicious food and cocktails we might not have found on our own with a side of history and culture. Focused on family run businesses and Yucatecan cuisine. Lots of walking so be prepared for that but you will want to walk all the food off, it's a lot! This tour was well worth the price and I recommend touring with Dania if you are in Merida!

Johanna treated us to a delicious, informative tour. Great introduction to the neighborhood and it's culinary fare. Def skip breakfast beforehand. Walking is mild not intense. We really enjoyed it.
