We really enjoyed this tour of Prague— we felt like locals as we walked to lesser known areas of the city, learned a little history, and tried delicious food and drink. Adam was knowledgeable and friendly, and our kids (10 and 12) had a blast, too. Highly recommended!

The beer and Czech tapas tour was the perfect way to jumpstart my trip to Prague! Eliška was an absolutely amazing tour guide! She was so friendly, informative, and just all around fun to hang out with for an evening! Eliška took us outside of the "tourist" areas of Prague and showed us some of her personal favorite pubs and local beer joints. The beer snacks she ordered for us were incredible and the whole experience made you feel like you were experiencing the "real" Prague, like you were an insider. I was initially hesitant to do this tour as a solo traveler but it ended up being an eventful and exciting night of new friends and new experiences! I would highly recommend this tour and cannot recommend Eliška enough! 10 stars! :)

We were able to see all the major sights plus a lot of interesting "off the beaten path" sites with our guide, Sasha. His presentation was a good balance of enough detail without having to stand around too long, enough walking without it being too much, and in a small group of other well-traveled visitors. We had a very nice lunch, an interesting boat ride on an historical replica boat, and even a pastry treat. The tour was really nicely done and definitely worth the money.

We just got off of our tour with Nikola. She was the best, more informative than any of the other Tourguides we’ve had on our trip to Europe. She knows all the helpful bits of information about Prague and how to have a good time here. Couldn’t have had a better time. If you book a tour with this company, ask for Nikola, she’s awesome.

We're a family of 4 (kids are 12 and 13) and we all LOVED Janica's Prague Discovery tour. We were initially worried that 6 hours may be a little much for our kids but time absolutely flew by with Jana's good humor, amazing knowledge of the cultural history and our fellow tour guests from around the world. This is one of the best tours our family has taken in Europe. Don't hesitate to book!

We had Nikola on our Urban Adventures Best Czech Food in 4 hours. Beginning the tour I had fairly low expectations of Czech food. I was so wrong! After the amazing tour which included 5-6 stops (I lost count), I really found a new appreciation for their cuisine and the Czech people. Beer was included in many of the stops- we loved tasting the various beers from here and was even encouraged to mix a lighter beer with a darker one- yummy! We were stuffed by the end of the night after all of the sampling of food. I felt we got our money’s worth not just because of the quantity of food/drink BUT more importantly having a qualified local tour guide who does research and really knows the history of Prague. I liked learning facts over the course of meals rather than having just a history lesson all at once. Nikola always made sure that when we arrived at a new place that we were seated immediately and the food was served promptly. I know a lot of work and planning went into making the evening flow as seamlessly as it did. Lastly, getting recommendations and learning tips from a local who understands what visitor’s likes was another invaluable bonus of the evening. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in food, beer, culture, and history of Prague. Book it early in your trip so that you can use the tips you learn of subsequent days.

Janica Bartova was an incredible host and guided us through a unique walking food tour during our second night in Prague. She was communicative, gave us insight not only about the food we were eating but the history of local landmarks and other interesting tidbits along the way and made us feel welcomed. 10/10 would highly recommend this experience to any Prague first-timer.

We did the "taste of daily life" tour with Adam and it was one of the best experiences of our entire vacation! My family (brother and mom) and I were able to feel like locals, learn SO MUCH about the city from Adam, drink a little beer, eat traditional goods, and overall have an absolute fantastic time. It made the whole trip, we highly recommend booking this!

We spent amaizing 7 hrs with charming, well educated guide Guillame, wandering around beautiful Prague. Guidance was really professional and we learnt a lot. Lunch was included (for meat lovers, vegetarians, or lovers of local Checz food). More than reasonable price.

Zach McMahon’s Prague Discovery Urban Adventures Tour - Monday, 17 June 2019 My wife, Dr. Ann Porto, and I were so blessed to have Zach McMahon as our Prague Tour Guide on our first full day in Prague, CZ. Since we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, I wanted our first visit to Prague to be special. I wanted to start our visit with a small group tour that would give us an overview of the city. American Express Platinum Travel recommended Urban Adventures’ 6-hour Walking Tour, with a boat ride and lunch. I had no idea that that tour would far exceed all my wife’s and my expectations and that was because we were blessed to have Zach McMahon as our Tour Guide. Zach was simply the best. He certainly shared his passion for the city that he loves… and we felt it. The Prague city tour included most of the must-see places and Zach did provide us the city overview that I expected. What I did not expect was Zach’s engaging personality, his knowledge of Prague’s history and his presentation of that history that enlightened us and allowed us to appreciate Prague even more. Zach took care of us in everyway imaginable. He allowed ample time for us to rest during our walk, provided all necessary admission tickets, boat tickets and tram tickets, and even treated us to traditional Czech pastries. Zach continually placed us at ease by saying, “Don’t worry, I have your tickets.” After the tour, Zach continued to take care of us to ensure that our visit to Prague would continue to be exceptional. Zach asked for our email address and sent us additional information to enhance our Prague visit. Zach gave me his mobile phone number and asked me to call him, at any time, if we needed more “tourist” information, restaurant recommendations, etc. What Tour Guide does that? Only exceptional ones… Zach McMahon. New York Times Tour Of Prague with I've been to Prague and I thought I'd seen the main attractions, but I was so wrong! Nikola took us to such unique spots and taught us about the history and the culture of Prague. She linked it back to stories and brought the history to life. The convent was a personal highlight and without Nikola's guidance would not have been as enjoyable. She really managed to paint a picture of the convents feel. The food on the tour is also wonderful and you shan't be going hungry! This tour is a definite must if you are visiting Prague and Nikola is a wonderful guide who ties everything up beautifully!

Whether you are in Prague for a few days or a week, I highly recommend this tour!! Our guide, Janica, showed us a wonderful glimpse into Prague life and the tumultuous history of Prague. Through her humor and knowledge, I feel that I definitely captured more of Prague than I ever could have on my own. We were shown all the highlights, had a traditional Czech lunch and a lovely boat tour on the Vltava River. Our guide was phenomenal and I much appreciated a small group atmosphere. We will most certainly do an Urban Adventures tour again in future travels!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time on our Traditional Food Tour of Prague with our guides Janica and Lukas. We had a lot of amazing food and drink and sampled a wide variety of Czech foods including delicious seasonal or even monthly options which the tour guides were aware of as well. The tour guides were very helpful and were willing to find recipes, names, new restaurants to try, and even interesting historical information for us. We would definitely want to go on a tour with them again to try out more of Prague!

We had a fantastic time on our Beer & Tapas tour in Prague! The beer was amazing, and our tour was such an enjoyable & fun experience. We were able to see a few local places, with different beers. The beer and food amount was great! (Plus you can always order more on your own!) Our guide Guillaume was a lot of fun! He was able to answer all of our questions and really made the tour the best experience. I would highly recommend the tour!

Our tour guide Nikola took our family and another on this wonderful food tour of Old Town that was above and beyond our expectations! We enjoyed so many wonderful courses in interesting places while learning about not only the food but so much about the Czech culture. Nikola was sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! She even sent us all information on the restaurants we went to, along with some traditional Czech recipes! I highly recommend this tour when visiting this beautiful city!
