What is your cancellation policy?

For small-group tours, clients receive a full refund if they cancel more than 24 hours in advance. For private tours and day trips, the policy is different: cancellations more than 21 days in advance receive a full refund, cancellations between 21 days and 72 hours receive a 50% refund, and no refund is available if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the start time.

Small-group tours are capped at 10 guests. Private tours are flexible in size, but for groups larger than 15 we usually divide participants into smaller groups with separate guides to ensure quality.

Small-group tours are capped at 10 participants and operate on a join-in basis, ideal for couples or individuals who want to share the experience. Private tours are fully customized, include hotel pick-up, allow flexible starting times, and can be tailored to the client’s needs and interests.

How far in advance can clients book?

Small-group tours can be booked until one hour before the start time, provided there are still spaces available. Private tours need to be arranged at least 24 hours in advance so that we can confirm logistics and guide availability.

How is payment handled?

All tours must be paid in full before they begin. Payment is made securely online by credit card. For private and custom tours, we also allow a €200 deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due closer to the tour date.

Is tipping expected?

Tipping is not required, but guides always appreciate it if clients wish to leave something extra for a great experience.

What should clients wear or bring?

We recommend comfortable walking shoes that can handle cobblestones and weather-appropriate clothing, including an umbrella or raincoat when needed. A camera and a refillable water bottle are also useful.

Yes, our tours run rain or shine. Guides adapt the route as needed, and some of the most atmospheric experiences happen in the rain.

We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions when informed in advance. That said, vegan diets and full lactose intolerance cannot be accommodated, as traditional Czech cuisine relies heavily on butter and dairy products. For multiple or complex dietary needs, a private tour is recommended.

Walking tours generally include cobblestones and some inclines, which can be challenging for wheelchair users. For guests with significant mobility needs, we recommend the Prague by Car Tour, which is fully accessible and allows the city to be enjoyed comfortably.
