I highly suggest this tour! The food was delicious and we couldn’t have had a better tour guide. Jakub was great! He was very knowledgable and kept us all engaged thru out the entire tour. We even had an extra person (drunk lady) try to join us. Lol. We all had a very enjoyable evening.

Jakub is amazing and this tour was the highlight of our trip to Prague. Yes it’s a little expensive but SO WORTH IT. We had a great group and the food was delicious. Such a great way to see the city.

Excellent food tour that did a Wonderful job of selecting the most traditional Czech dishes. All were exceptionally well prepared & tasty. We had plenty to eat and drink. Jakob, our tour guide ,was very knowledgeable about food and cooking, but also about the city and its history and he was happy to share. Always asking if we needed anything else to eat or drink and always asking if we had other questions. He even sent a post tour email outlining what we had seen, sharing some recipes and answering any specific questions we had, along with directions, for other things we’d like to do while we are in town. Jakob is an excellent guide and I was so happy to spend this evening with him touring and eating our way through Prague.

Excellent guide, excellent tour, amazing food

The food tour with Jakob was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about how each item was prepared and he went out of his way to take us to the places in town that serve the best traditional Czech food. We really felt like we had a wonderful assortment of foods that showed us what is traditional and most unique to Prague. The tour was well paced, and our guide did a wonderful job of bringing in bits of history as we walked so it wasn’t just about the food, although he is clearly very food knowledgeable. Everything we had was excellent. It was obvious that the proprietors of everywhere we stopped were expecting us so the process of ordering and getting our food was smooth in each location. The pace of the tour was excellent and he was very helpful in terms of always asking if we had other questions. The next day he sent us a summary of what we had and some tips on how to make certain items if we wanted to try them at home. He also went out of his way to answer for me some questions that had nothing directly to do with the food tour, but he gave me some references for things I wanted to see along with very specific directions on how to get there. That to me was above and beyond. I highly recommend this food tour and I highly recommend Jakob.

Kuba knows his stuff! Not only did he make the experience super friendly but was always making sure people were having a great time and enjoying the tour themselves. As a first day trip even after the long flight and the jet lag, this was a great way to start Prague off right. Not only does he give you a great start to know about the culture and history but, also provides you with dishes and drink that not only fill the belly but also the weary soul! Highly highly recommend!

August 18, 2026. We had the most awesome experience in Prague — a 4-hour Food Tour with our tour guide Will, Guillaume Vergne. Will was fun and so knowledgeable — incredible suggestions, superb restaurants, entertaining conversation, perfectly-paced walks in between stops as well!
