Your private adventure begins with a convenient hotel pick-up, where your guide greets you and brings you straight into the heart of Prague’s Old Town. No two tours are ever the same, as each guide has their own favorite hidden gems, but every itinerary guarantees the very best of traditional Czech cuisine.
Your journey might start at a charming bistro that brings 1920s recipes to life. Here, you’ll relish a daily special accompanied by a slice of hearty dark bread and your choice of a classic Czech beer or a refreshing homemade lemonade. Or, maybe you’ll start with a piece of a classic Czech open-faced sandwich.
As the tour continues, you’ll taste the blend of flavors shaped by Prague’s diverse cultural influences. These dishes showcase the perfect balance between traditional Czech cuisine and modern interpretations, proving why Prague is now one of Europe’s most exciting foodie destinations.
End Your Private Prague Food Tour with a Beloved Czech Pastry
Every great meal deserves a sweet finale. While tourists flock to chimney cakes, you’ll enjoy a dessert loved by locals – a true Czech pastry that carries nostalgic flavors from our childhood. It’s an authentic treat you won’t find at any tourist stand.
Between tastings, your guide will lead you through the charming streets and hidden courtyards of Prague’s Old Town. Jana is the perfect tour guide! She is gracious, articulate and very knowledgeable. She clearly loves Prague and it's history..and delights in sharing it's story to those desiring to learn. We enjoyed every minute with her, and even asked if we could have her lead us on our tour tomorrow. FIve stars aren't enough. We give her 10 STARS !! Dave & Darchelle Schafer Jeff &Doris Abbott
First time in Prague, and we decided to book a Beer and Tapas tour. Our guide was Vojta, and he was amazing! He explained the history of the different beers, made excellent recommendations, and even shared a recipe for one of the traditional tapas we tasted because we definitely want to try it when we're back home! Highly recommend! Thank you for a great time! Kenia and Richie
Nikola was an AMAZING tour guide, honestly one of the best guides I have ever had in all of my travels. She was very knowledgeable about her Czech culture cuisine. She even was kind enough, because we had some time, to stop in a local grocery store and point out a number of local Czech products. Just a note, make sure you do this tour on an empty stomach....so much delicious food to be had!
