Best food tour in Prague
Go hungry! Jakub was amazing. He brought us to fabulous, quaint restaurants & gave us an interesting history lesson. Highly recommend. We would do it again.

Tour and our guide, Jakub, were phenomenal
I had an incredible experience on this food tour in Prague, all thanks to our fantastic guide, Jakub! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s rich history and culinary traditions, but also friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about sharing the best of Prague’s food scene. Every stop on the tour featured delicious and authentic dishes, many of which I never would have discovered on my own. The guide offered great insights into each tasting, from traditional Czech fare to local hidden gems, making the whole experience feel both immersive and personal. Highly recommended!

Our guide Jakub was excellent!! My wife has a dairy allergy, and Jakub made sure she had other options. Jakub is very passionate about his craft of guiding and sharing his love of Prague and its cuisine. I highly recommend this tour.

My husband and I had a great time on our small group food tour. Our guide, Jakob, delivered a good variety of delicious local food and beverages along with humorous stories and historical information about the local culture. Definitely worth the time and money.

Wonderful Evening enjoying all the tastes of Prague and the Traditional Czech Cuisine at amazing Stops! Jakob our guide was incredible and brought the group together easily. A very enjoyable Evening and the mystery additions only added to the overall incredible experience ! Jakob was a wonderful host ensuring everyone had what they wanted and needed!!

My husband and I did this...
My husband and I did this food tour with very little background on Czech food. Needless to say, Nicola was amazing in the way she taught us different foods that locals enjoyed as well as tips on where to go for drinks/cafes/historical sites. Nicola was kind and super helpful in answering all of our questions without skipping a beat. The food was surprisingly filling and tasteful! The four hour experience flew by. Definitely recommend.

Johanka provided us with so much information on the areas we went as well as the beer/food we enjoyed. Worth every dollar!!! We had an amazing food tour with George (Jiri)—I highly recommend requesting him if you have the chance! One of the highlights of our trip was his deep knowledge of Prague’s history and the engaging conversations about his experiences as a local. We don’t usually book food tours when we travel, but after this experience, it’s something we’ll definitely consider for future adventures. George was easy to talk to, incredibly attentive to our comfort, and made us feel like we were saying goodbye to a friend by the end of the tour. He took us to a variety of delicious restaurants and even followed up with a detailed list of everywhere we visited. We enjoyed it so much, we went back to one of the spots for lunch the next day! This tour was a fantastic way to get to know the city and get our bearings on our first day in Prague. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Not worth it
Not worth it if you are a vegetarian or pescatarian. Not worth it if you want to learn more about Prague’s history and the sights you are passing by. Guide was kind but was not able to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience. It was absolutely NOT worth it.

Fantastic food tour! Our guide Nicola was so informative and light hearted. The places she brought us were near the Old Town Square, but not the touristy places, all “local” approved.

Our guide Jirka was fabulous! He was kind, very knowledgeable, helpful and made the tour fun. It felt like we spent the day with a new friend. Though he had a plan for the day, he was flexible and accommodating to anything we wanted to see or discuss. Highly recommend!!!

Great Experience!
We did the Easter Markets Tour with Misa and absolutely loved it. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had such a great way of explaining Czech Easter traditions—it felt like getting an insider’s look at the local culture rather than a typical tourist tour. The markets were colorful and lively, and we got to taste some delicious seasonal treats I wouldn’t have known to try on my own. I especially enjoyed the Easter beer and learning about the meaning behind the hand-painted eggs and the pomlezka. Highly recommend this tour if you want to experience Prague in a more meaningful way during the Easter season!
