Old bumpy planes with oily smell. Hope someone does safety inspections on these flights

This was an amazing experience. The pilot was very informative, polite, and friendly. The views from the helicopter were amazing. This was definitely a bucket list experience.

Väldigt trång helikopter med relativt små fönster och som verkade sett sina bästa dagar. Jag satt med ryggen mot färdriktningen så upplevelsen blev inte alls vad jag tänkt mej. Och Hummerturen körde samma slinga som dom gratis shuttlebussarna som man kan kliva på och av var och när man vill. Så den skulle jag avråda ifrån.

We did a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and it was amazing! Jimmy was our pilot and this has to be the absolute coolest experience I have ever done. The whole experience from pick up in Vegas, getting yeh safety brief, pilot intros and photos, getting to see all the sights, time in the Grand Canyon, the little picnic with champagne that you get to have in the canyon was just so mind blowing. I loved every single second. Jimmy was also so funny and engaging I can’t imagine any other pilot is as good! Worth every penny!

We had a great time! Everything seemed to run pretty smoothly. Communication was great. The pilots and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. At first, we were a little disappointed that we had to change our flight time to the morning at the last minute. We just aren't fans of getting up super early while on vacation. However, it turned out for the best because it would have likely been way too hot in the afternoon. And we completely understood that they needed a minimum number of people on the flight. It was a perfect amount of time to explore both points. We enjoyed that we were free to divide our time how we saw fit rather than having to stick with the group the whole time. And we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The best part (of course) was the grand canyon itself. It was breathtaking and did not disappoint. A must see for the old bucket list!

Fantastic bucket list trip! From start to finish it was a great trip. Papillon helicopters were easy to liaise with to confirm the details for the transfers. We checked in & were weighed on arrival before watching a safety briefing. The airport is well facilitated with a small cafe & gift shop available. Everything on time & as detailed. I had a ‘goosebump’ moment as our Pilot Dillon welcomed us to the Grand Canyon, which was breathtaking in its magnificence. Hoover Dam was impressive & the colours of the Colorado river were unexpected. Dillon was knowledgable & answered all our questions as well as sharing facts about the areas we were flying over. Snacks were served in cute mini baskets under a shaded area with picnic benches . We had 3 glasses of champagne each. Would have loved to have spent longer on the ridge to take in the full beauty of the canyon as our 30 minutes went way too quickly. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

Good trip, info on collection times terrible.
The your was good, times were not clear however and we missed the tour originally. Collection times were not clear, we met another group who had missed the tour also. George was helpful and hot us booked onto the next day, it wasn’t very convenient as we had other activities planned however didn’t want to miss this or forfeit the money we paid.
