Worth the Cost!
SO glad we booked this!! Beautiful view and friendly pilots. Wish audio had taught more. One of our 3 family members became ill morning of 4pm flight, so we called right away to let airline know (understanding no refund b/c within 24hrs) — remaining 2 went as scheduled . . . wish there had been some other option offered like a voucher or copy of flight video.

I have to be honest and overall I was very disappointed. On other helicopter tours I have done, usually it’s 5 seat helicopter plus pilot and everyone gets a window seat. This was a 6 seater (plus pilot) 2 people up front with the pilot and the other 4 in a row at the back. Meaning that 2 people are sat in the middle with no window seat. I did get a window seat in the back, however the flight literally flew over the strip itself and unless you were sat in either of the front seats, you could hardly see anything. There is nothing to see either side of the strip and you can’t see what you are flying directly over. The flight should have flown along side the strip allowing for better views for all passengers. It wasn’t worth the money even for those with a window seat in my opinion. You get better views from the high roller if that’s what you are looking for.

This was breathtaking! We loved having Paul as our pilot - he was so experienced and had a great playlist too! This is a highlight of our vacation!

Helicopter Night Flight of the Las Vegas strip
The helicopter experience was very nice. My friend had never been in a helicopter before and we had a lovely time viewing the Las Vegas strip from the sky. The only thing is the flight was very short (10 minutes) and the helicopter belt buckle was dirty and messed up my beautiful dress 😢. Other than that the flight was fine.

Grand Canyon helicopter tour with landing
Picked us up on time with good communication. Facility is very nice for preflight. We had Ali as our captain. She was very nice and pointed out lots of interesting facts and spots along the way. The flight was really smooth and the landing as well. Stopped at a beautiful spot for pics and overlook.

I booked the Grand Kingdom Tour for me and my wife. Our flight was yesterday, April 7th. We arrived 30 minutes like we were told for our 9:00 flight. Roughly 10 minutes before our scheduled flight time we were told there would be about a 20 minute delay because the helicopters weren't ready. How do you have a scheduled flight and the company doesn't have the equipment ready? Unprofessional at best. Our pilot in training did a good job. I sat in seat 5 and had a great view of the back of the 2 pilot's heads and the other guest. I had to have one of the other guests, in seat 3, take pictures for me. My wife was in seat 6 on the right side of the helicopter with a smaller window to see out. average view at best. The best views are in seat 1, where the 2nd pilot sat, seat 2 up front on the right and seat 3 which is on the left rear side with a large window to look out. The pilot barely spoke to us and did respond on the intercom. He told us to tap him on the shoulder if we needed him. They played a narration of the areas you flew over and it was mediocre at best. It would have been nice to fly with a pilot that knew the area and history that you could interact with. Would I fly with them again? Probably not. I would try Maverick which is in the same airport around the corner from Papillon.
