The area where you go wait for the helicopter ride is nice, clean, and well organized. The ride is about 30 minutes over the Grand Canyon. You get headphones to talk be able to hear what the pilot says to us and to talk to each other since the noise is too loud. All helicopters bounce, that is just the way they all work but when I say the ride was smooth I mean we didn't have much wind to fight. The view of the Canyon from the air is spectacular. Sure it is a bit expensive but man it was worth it.

Excellent experience - pricey but worth it. The pilots are very professional, the place is clean and looks well kept, the headsets work well and the noise cancellation equipment is good. Landing in the Grand Canyon is remarkable. Our pilot, Tory, was fantastic.

Overbooked. And wasted hours getting there and only ones there within their 45 min “prior to departure policy”. Yet the people who arrived 10 minutes prior got priority!?! A horrible way to run a business all the way around. Go with another company. Will also review with trip advisor and tell my concierge peeps in Vegas to steer clear.

Awful, avoid this company like the plague. They advertise a lot and do lovely helpful things like cancel parts of your trip without telling you until you arrive so you can't even get a full refund

2nd Helicopter ride after Sundance Heli tour in the Vegas Trip. Compared to Sundance, they are bad, damn bad. Came in first just when they opened up, Booker the first flight anyways but when two tour groups came, we were still promised that we will fly the same time. We eventually didn’t get the first flight because the two tours were positioned on the first flight. The staff still has the cheeks to say, “we’ve been doing this for a long time” - Sounds more like complacency to me.
