Unique, personalised and excellent tour
Communication was excellent from start to finish and Tomoki was so helpful with suggestions, information, coordinating guides and planning a route complete with snack stops. They appreciated our desire to avoid crowds where possible and to go to local areas. There were specific shops I wanted to go to and they got me there and spoke to the staff on my behalf. I highly recommend this tour company with their unique concept. This is not your run of the mill, see all places as fast as you can. This is personalised and excellent value for money. We had children with us and they had an extra person along who could entertain the kids and show them sights and shops that were of interest to them. Thank you specifically to Taiga and Tammy for our day out in Nakano Broadway and Ginza Togoshi and to Subaru and Sara for our day out in Asakusa. You looked after us and our children so well.

Amazing Family Tour with Rei
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our tour guide, Rei, in Japan! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and helpful. He expertly guided us through the subway and bus systems, making public transportation feel easy and stress-free. He took us from our hotel through the transit system to a fantastic walking tour of Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, then helped us navigate the cruise ship to Odaiba as well. What really stood out was how patient, kind, and flexible Rei was with our very jet-lagged and tired 8- and 6-year-old children. He adjusted plans when needed, gave thoughtful options to fit their energy levels, and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. The kids absolutely loved him, and we truly appreciated how friendly and understanding he was with our family. Thank you so much, Rei, for making our trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan!

Rei was amazing!

Great food tour!
We had a great tour with Michael and Subaru. We did the food tour and tried some really nice dishes and places we wouldn’t have tried without a guide! They are really nice and fun to go on tour with. It was a private tour which was really good!

Best tour guides!
Subaru and Tomoki were the BEST tour guides. Their friendly demeanor and attitude made us comfortable from the start. They were very knowledgeable about the history of their culture, and were very understanding about going at a slower pace to accommodate my elderly mother so she never felt rushed or uncomfortable. We had such a wonderful time that by the end of our time together, we considered them part of our family. We will definitely recommend their company to others that may visit Japan for an unforgettable experience!

Best Guides Ever!!
Subaru and Tomoki were the best guides! We had such an amazing experience with them during our first trip to Tokyo! From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, informative, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. We were traveling with our 80-year-old grandmother, and they were so accommodating and patient with her pace, always making sure she was comfortable and able to enjoy the experience fully. That truly meant so much to our family. We truly enjoyed our time with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you’re looking for a more personal, friendly, and authentic experience. WONDERFUL TOUR EXPERIENCE!!!
My niece booked a tour with this company, where our family met two of the most amazing tour guides in Japan! Subaru and Tomoki were such a joy to meet and gave us an unforgettable experience we will cherish forever! They took us on a unique journey through some of Japan’s historic spots and through areas mainly known to locals. They offered advice and tips on where to go for the best deals for food and shopping. Through it all, we really appreciated the patience and understanding they had when walking at a slower pace to cater to my elderly mother in law. Overall, it was a great experience for our family and highly recommend that you try and see for yourself!

Leuke tour
Aardige tourgids die getracht heeft met ons mee te denken en te luisteren naar wat we graag wilde doen. Meerdere nieuwe weetjes over Tokio uitgelegd gekregen. Rijd ging snel dus dat is positief. Was aardig en sprak goed Engels. Tevreden dus.

Aussies shown the best local spots (not typical tourist spots)
Yuta and Tomaki took my Australian friend and I to a local spot, a spot where typical tourists wouldn’t know about, and tried these incredible skewers. They also taught us about Japanese traditions associated with things they would say when they get the food which was cool to learn. They also took us to a really old Japanese dessert store in which they knew the 90+ year old owner and got us these incredible desserts and a local fried chicken spot. The food was incredible and I recommend this to anyone wanting to see Japan from a ‘local lense’ and see such neighbourhoods and try incredible foods. They are fun guys and very friendly and engaging.

Unforgettable
We had them as our guides for our first day in Japan. They are great tour guides. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were very flexible with our schedule and accommodating for our elderly mother. We met as strangers and left as family members!

Subaru and Reith were our guides for the our day of touring. The professionalism and knowledge was second to none, both true Japanese gentleman and I Couldn’t recommend them more highly! Memories that my fiancé and I will remember until the end of time. Japan we will be BACK!

Solo touring Tokyo
This was a great custom tour. I was alone and uneasy about navigating my way around the city alone. My guide Subaru picked me up from hotel, he taught me how to get around on the subway and we visited all the places I wanted to go and more surprising places. I felt like I was with a family member, he was so easy to be with. I highly recommend this tour!

Pleasant afternoon exploring Japanese cusine
Taiga was extremely friendly and helpful. He took us on a trip thru the Ginza area and provided some i formation and stopped at several interesting spots. The food was good the beer enjoyable. The stop at the shrine was very quiet and tranquil. Highly recommend this tour.
