A great place to visit and plenty to see. Very busy with lots of young school children groups. Nicely laid out. The koalas are amazing and they have plenty here. The only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed due to something. Lots of staff doing things inside but no communication to visitors if it was going to open again later or like us, just finished looking around and then went somewhere else for lunch. We would have stayed longer if lunch was available. Nice shop for buying souvenirs. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Well worth the money and time to visit.

Terrible. The koalas are part of a coffee shop and only have small artificial trees, no retreat at all. In the wild they would be in the crown of a tree and are climbing masters. Not contemporary at all, pure commerce. If you really care about koalas, don't support this zoo. It is a zoo, no sanctuary. I wish, I would have read the bad reviews before going there.

We spent 3 hours going around the park which was plenty of time to see all of the animals. We really enjoyed watching the koalas and walking through the kangaroo park. The park rangers are really friendly and you can talk to them about the animals.
