I booked the koala moment with my partner, the first koala wasn’t having it so they had to change, we waited patiently, second koala basically same thing and our experience was interrupted 3 times and they told us that’s it, overall we had maybe 1 minute in total. That is a waste of money tbh, I understand you can’t control how the koalas are going to react, they could’ve told us to come back. The people ahead of us and behind us got a perfectly uninterrupted moment. Everything else was great.
