Lots of construction and animals off exhibit but we still had a good time.

Our visit to the Houston Zoo was extremely disappointing. Traffic delays caused by blocked roads and traffic management made us wait over an hour, and there was no available parking. Overcrowding led to stressful situations, including arguments over spaces, and too many tickets were sold compared to parking spots. Staff offered little assistance with wagon rentals or directions, and the zoo was so crowded it was difficult to enjoy the exhibits. With no refunds available, we won’t return after this frustrating experience.

Always have a fun time when we go to the zoo. We went while it was raining and saw a lot of the animals. They were enjoying the rain.
