We went for Zoo Light's this year and it was a lot of fun. I like that the lights were different from a previous year when I went. I would recommend anyone who gets overstimulated easily probably not attend this event as there are a lot of people and the lights can be overwhelming in some areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us bandaids when one of the kids fell.

Houston Zoo is a really fun place, but we ended up waiting a long time just to get in and for a few of the exhibits. Once inside, the animals and layouts were great and the kids still had a good time. Overall a solid experience, just be ready for the crowds and lines. 4 stars.
