Could only buy tickets in advance and pre select entrance time but that meant crowds weren't bad. Prices compared to other zoos where a little steep but no paying for parking plenty of handicap and close parking for my grandparents. Overall the design of exhibits and way the loop was structure to go from area to area was really well thought out and is definitely a step above the rest. If you have the money and are from the area or just on vacation worth a stop.

Staff member extremely rude claiming the zoo was closed 25 minutes before the zoo actually closed. She was yelling at everyone in the park area. Not a pleasant experience as we spend hundreds of dollars at this zoo.
