Took some time to explore this place during our travels. We spent our time and it was quite relaxing and enjoyable.

I've been going to the Houston zoo since I was a small child, and I still get the same feeling now as I did back then. It's one of my favorite places to visit, and I look forward to sharing it with my own children one day.

(Translated by Google) We went on a school trip 🏫 and I left my phone in the restroom, and a cafeteria staff member returned it to me. Even better, they called my mom from my phone to give it back to me. Honesty isn't always easy to find. Congratulations to the zoo for that special person. Marzo/23/2025 visita

Very nice zoo! It is worth visiting! During weekdays it not that full so it was possible to have “better” view of the animals.

Most animals were asleep or hiding trying to stay cool. The bear was pacing back and forth and seemed very stressed. It looked like most of the place was shut down. I have seen nicer zoos with many areas with water for the animals to stay cool. The one place open to get food was good and everyone was very nice.
