The zoo is great, associates are very friendly/helpful definitely lots to see and do, my daughter and friends were there for 5 hours but parking is an absolute nightmare. That alone would make me weary to go back. No tickets are sold on site so ensure you buy your tickets online, the wait time I indicated was how long it took to find parking not to actually enter the zoo. Like any other zoo everything sold is pricey but they do allow coolers if you’d like to pack a lunch or some drinks.

We had a great experience with our recent visit. We are members and go to the Zoo 3 or 4 times a year. The park is very clean. You can see the janitorial staff all though the park cleaning as the move about. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There are a few perks we enjoy with the membership, including discounts through the park. The only issue we have a problem with is actually getting in the park is the members only entrance. There really isn't one. The last 3 times we have gone the staff has told us just to use any entrance and all the lines are long. Although this is my only issue the membership is worth the price.

It's definitely a family environment, there's many different animals and it's very clean. Most exciting part is feeding the giraffes!! The place is huge so lots of walking but there's multiple seating areas. I recommend bringing some outside food/snacks cause things are honestly very expensive.
