Love this place! The management team needs to train the register crew how to issue credits after they charge you. We got delayed 15 minutes waiting for a manager to come issue us a credit after a purchase gone wrong.

Very upset because I came from out of town(Somerset Texas)to bring my grandkids entry was at 2pm. I drove around looking for parking almost an hour due to all the vehicles. Then just to be denied entry to the Houston zoo. I hope not all zoos are this way . DANG & were in TEXAS. 😪 3 adults and 1 child to be exact. I'll send you my receipt if you're interested in refunding my hard earned money 😊

FABULOUS ZOO LIGHTS!! Priced fairly! Hot chocolate tasted like melted Hershey bar- yucky. It was Nice to have seats along the way for us "oldsters". Tickets were for 7pm- we got there at 6:45 and weren't allowed in! Not another sole in line either. Oh well.
