Can only buy tickets electronically and when purchasing tickets you receive a receipt for more than you selected at a higher price than you selected and get told it'll be up to two weeks before you are even contacted about a refund request. Went from 2 for $80 to a receipt for $200 and 8 tickets

I had a fantastic experience! The animals were active and easy to see, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We went on 03/28/2025, and although there was a bit of rain, it didn’t dampen our spirits. Unfortunately, the petting zoo was closed during our visit, but when we asked an employee for help, he went above and beyond. He even walked us a considerable distance to ensure we reached our destination, which we truly appreciated.

The zoo may not be as big as the one I was in, but it is very cozy. There are animals in it that I have never seen in real life. There is a rhinoceros, a hippopotamus, and a lot of elephants. There are many places where you can sit at a table and eat what you brought with you and what you bought there. Parking is free and large, but you need to find a place.

We adored our visit to the zoo we got to see the Dino exhibit that TXU arranged in the zoo. The kids loved it. Just wish they had more lions.
