Huge layout, diverse selection of animals, friendly staff, inventive and interesting exhibits. You can bring in your own food. Only gave 4 stars because of price... everything is super overpriced. Can only buy tickets online.

Pros: biggest zoo I've ever seen. Large variety of species and exhibits. Despite the crowds, I don't feel packed in once inside the zoo. Cons: Too much under construction. Parking lot situation is a mess. $40 entrance seems steep even for all its offerings. Seems like 20% of animals are always off display each time I go.
