Dec 17, 2024Enclosures have been updated. The Galapagos exhibit is well done. The black bear exhibit is poor, and the animals seem very agitated. The elephant exhibit is poorly managed with frumpy staff with attitude Staff needs retraining. This is again about customer service. Volunteers, especially the young ones, are just walking or standing talking to themselves, which makes for a poor experience.
