I usually wouldn’t review but I think k it may help others decide if it’s worth the money. It was disappointing that we paid so much for so little. They really should let people know some exhibits are closed due to construction. The Dino exhibit was extra but not worth the extra. The only up side is u can take in ur own food and coolers so u do save in that department but not worth the admission that was for sure.

They open 9:00 am for the public,,,but inside is almost nothing open until 11:00 am lwe want to feed the Giraffe and is closed store is open late to ?!?!?!

Yesterday, I decided to take my niece and nephew to the zoo, only to discover that they had started closing early. Consequently, we were unable to see most of the animals they had been eagerly anticipating. When I tried to express my concerns, I was informed that the zoo doesn’t force animals to be in their exhibits. Despite paying almost $200, we were only able to visit seven exhibits out of the over 6,000 animals present. Instead, we watched as the zoo staff began closing the zoo early around 4:30 p.m. My concern is that if you all are planning to close early, please communicate this information to visitors so that they can make informed decisions about their plans. Additionally, there was an issue with purchasing tickets online. The lady working the window didn’t know how to handle the transaction, so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for IT assistance.
