Went for Zoo lights and It's okay. I feel like they use to put more lights previous years. The prices are also higher. As for the zoo, its always very clean and the animals seem to be well taken care of.

Even in December there was so much to see and enjoy! We chose to visit during the day and come back for the Zoo lights event. This Zoo has plenty of benches to rest in between the many exhibits. Plan your trip for a minimum of 4 hours to allow time to experience as much as you can during the day. We loved strolling through the light exhibit at night! This is worth the trip and highly recommended!

Zoo lights was great for kids. The tickets were online only so no line to buy tickets. Parking filled up fast. The only downsides were that there was no wine bar or better food for adults, just high school cafeteria food and sodas.

My wife, some adult children, and myself wandered through Zoo Lights. Lots of different style of lights and displays. Absolutely an enjoyable experience.
