Terrible Go City
Everything was fine till we had a problem to get in one attraction, we passed the ticket but we didn’t get into the place cause they had technical problems. The thing Is that we lost one of the 5 things that we paid for, i asked to help us and Go City just say: sorry, Is not out problem, u already pass the ticket, we’are not going to help you at all. Terrible, they just charge u but not responsable for the quality of the experience. Trust me, it Is not the kind of help u need On your vacations

We purchased Go City Orlando Explorer and saved $115.56 (3 people)! We choose to go Boggy Creek Airboat Tour with Butterfly Nectar (30 mins), SEA LIFE Aquarium Orlando and Madam Tussands Orlando. We had a blast with each attraction! We had a blast with the Boggy Creek Airboat Tour with Butterfly Nectar seeing alligators and birds.

Pass très pratique. Évite souvent les files d’attente pour les billets. Avec le pass de 5 jours il m’a été permis de faire des visites que je n’avais pas prévu à l’origine. Seule amélioration peut être, voir le décompte de crédit au fur et à mesure des activités afin de savoir où on en est.

Great and easy visiting
I chose 5 New York attractions. Upon arrival at each attraction my ticket was scanned and I received a printed ticket. Everything worked very well and easily. I am very satisfied

City Pass
best money i spent these passes were amazing and stress free to use and could buy in advance, only thing was some observation decks wanted extra $10 during sunset but yet it wasn't even sunset ( the edge it was 3 in the afternoon ) Empire state wanted extra $10 but that was during sunset 5pm , passes saved us a lot we did the 3 days pass

Great experience
Bought the 4 day all exclusive pass and used it on the Empire State Building, top of the rocks, city lights night cruise, 9/11 memorial and museum, the edge, riseNY and American natural history museum. Was easy to use and so much more we could have done if it wasn’t -18 degrees! Definitely recommended and saved us a small fortune each

Why does no one react and refund the canceled tours
I'm very unhappy that I had several canceled guided tours, which is why I decided on this pass. I wrote because I believe that the money should be refunded for the canceled tours, I have not received an answer. I personally feel that I have been cheated.

Buyer beware….!
Caveat Emptor - If it seems too good to be true it is. What they don’t tell you is that, by the time their booking window opens for the popular attractions, they’ll be booked out…. So you spend the big bucks on empire state/Top of the rock etc rather than missing out, then the pass saves you $0, if you use it at all. I note the big bus tour is advertised as included but suddenly isn’t. When I realised (still >60 days out from my planned trip), they refused a refund. That’s on me, but don’t fall for the same thing - DEFINITELY don’t buy a pass at a busy time, and don’t rely on it anytime for must-see attractions. I’ve nominated them for a Shonky with CHOICE.
