We purchased these only 3 passes but we found it easy to.use and no problems with it and it saved us money plus we did the big big tour and got a day free

Great value for money so easy to use
Found the go city pass so easy to use and book activities and definitely got our money worth on the 2 day pass , the address was not clear enough for some of the boat trips though and gave a street name not pier number so we couldn't find it and missed out , apart from that 100% would use again was great ! We used passes for the edge, rise, empire state building, 911 museum, hop on hop off bus, top of the rock, one world observatory, city lights cruise and ice skating at Rockefella Centre which we fitted in to 2 days!

Bonne expérience en partie
Bonne experience pour Key West, Seaquarium et le Big Bus de soir. Par contre pour la croisière des millionnaires, c’est iper déplaisant, surtout avec la compagnie présente qui te fait accroire que tu as gagné un prix (croisière, voyage, etc) en te soutirant 40$ et en te demandant de venir les rencontre pendant 120 minutes pour les écouter te vendre du « mauvais rêves ». Go City ne devrait pas être associé à cette compagnie qui fait de l’arnaque lors de cette activité. Vraiment pas agréable!

Save a fortune using this pass instead of booking individually. Almost all of the main attractions are on it. Although recommend the things that need booking to book at least the day before.

Izlet je bio odlican . Sve je bili dobro i islpativo sa propusnicom jedino kod kupnje propusnice nije dobro napravljeno u aplikaciji. Kupovala sam karte uza 2 osobe ali mi nije davalo tu opciju pa sam morala sve duplo nadodavati. Jedino to je zamjerka.

Crap!!
Can’t use this anywhere in Las Vegas. I went to 5 different activities and non of the staff could get it working!! Trying to get hold of anyone on the app is impossible.

DON’T BUY
Do not purchase this product. We bought a three day all inclusive pass and were told that we could use it over a 14 day period and did not have to use the days consecutively. Three days after we used our first experience our pass was made “inactive”. We missed out on an entire day of planned experience and got zero support from customer service even though we had in writing from their support team (prior to purchasing the pass) that we had 14 days to use the pass after the first use of the pass. Stay away!! Do not buy!!

Horrible customer service as I accidently booked an event for 1/26 in the middle of the day when I was trying to plan a family event for 2/15. I get with customer service and they say that the event cannot be cancelled and my pass was activated. I asked for some type of resolution but was told to wait until the pass expires which was supposed to be 1/28. Today I reach out to get the replacement single day pass to alleviate any financial burden and was told that I have to reach out the day I plan on using my pass even after I was told that I can get a replacement pass in 2 days from my first contact. Now I am being told that I have to call in the day of that I plan on using the pass but all the events require advance booking. I am still being told that I cannot get a replacement pass until the day of my using which no causes me to lose out on all events that requires ADVANCED BOOKING.

Den Pass schon in Deutschland gekauft. Hat dann alles problemlos geklappt.Mit der App auf dem Handy auch für ältere Menschen wie mich gut machbar.

Excellent choice to explore NY
Excellent choice to see different attractions and it includes in the pass so many activities, it really worth the price. In my case, it was the first time that I visited NY and with the NY Pass I basically visited the most iconic (famous) places
